I have a spot but when we looked at the weather for the month of Feburary it will be a little cool...OMG im stressing out! Please Help!!

You don't say much about your needs (number of people, part of town, facilities), but you might look at the clubhouse for apartment complexes in your area. A few years back, I rented the Riata Apartments clubhouse for a birthday party. It was a bit more than that (I think), but worked out well.
